Rented apartment is booked if the pledge in the amount of payment for the first day is made. The invested security deposit is included into the rent cost.
All reservations can be canceled by the client only at any time before signing in the apartment. Upon cancellation of the reservation security deposit is not refundable.
[ Sign in and out of the apartment ]
According to the negotiated time you met a company representative at flat address. Once you look around and take a flat necessary documents are made (it is required to have passport) and you get the keys. Upon sign in you need to pay the whole cost of total stay in the apartment.
If you need to sign in the rented apartment from 7:00 to 13:00 or sign out from 12:00 to 18:00 you have to pay 50% of the cost. Sign out after 18:00 is charged 100% of cost of whole day. Arrival / Departure from 00:00 to 7:00 is negotiated separately with the opportunity to be met and accompanied to the apartment by car.
Also in the discussed time of departure you will meet with representative of the company directly in the apartment and return the keys.
[ Maintenance and cleaning of the apartment ]
Rental price includes bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils and dishes for eating and cooking.
Free apartment cleaning, bed linen and towels is provided once a week and is also included into the rental cost but made only by request at convenient time. Additional cleaning and change of linen and towels costs 500 rubles.
Warranty Policy
We guarantee regardless to a rented apartment the following conditions:
The possibility to rent an apartment on the day of application in case free apartments exist.
The arrival and departure are made in any day of a week regardless to weekends and holidays.
As the period of living is decreased by client the amount paid for not lived in the apartment days can be credited to future stay in our apartments.

The cost of rented apartment can not be increased after booking.
If no opportunity to sign into reserved apartment due to circumstances beyond our control we are committed to provide an apartment of the same or higher category at no extra cost. In case of refusal from the rent of another apartment we guarantee the return of the cost for the period from the date of termination of the contract until the end of the rent period or deposit amount paid when booking.

You can also use online booking on our site - your application will be processed by our manager and we will call you back to clarify the possibility of settling into your chosen apartment. Next, you pay the cost of one night stay in an apartment. On the day of settlement we meet with you at the apartment, you leave security deposit for the property in the apartment and the sign in.
Non-cash payment
You can transfer prepay by non-cash payment from a legal person referring to managers of our company to make the contract and get invoice at +7 (3822) 33-68-08 or by sending your application to kvartirant@tomsk.ru for reservation.

Temporary registration of CIS citizens (foreign citizens) is a temporary registration at the place of stay. At the entrance to Russia all the citizens of the CIS receive migration cards at the border, which are valid for 3 days after crossing the border. Then, upon arriving in any of the cities of Russia a foreign citizen is obliged to register. "Kvartirant" is assisting in temporary registration of foreign citizens (foreigners) in Tomsk.
