 I was hiring the flat at Kirova, 62 for a session period. I liked very much the attitude to us as clients from your staff, personally, Andrew. He is brilliant and clever person, he created good atmosphere and excellent impression about the city of Tomsk. Due to his participation Tomsk became not so alien and cold and I really liked it. Everyday life and district of the city were very comfortable to me. But some moments were unpleasant – some those conveniences listed in the advertisement are partially missing. As a friendly piece of advice I recommend that it is necessary to clarify what services you provide (either carry them out, or if they do not exist - adjust the price), so as to not deceive potential customers. There is there a big loggia, ironing room with mirrors closing the entire area of the wall. Renovation everywhere. Good bathroom. Beautiful kitchen with large fridge and freezer. There is a good cooker and microwave and all utensils, anywhere in the coverage dimmers are applied. All you need is to be able to use water heater. We did not immediately realize:) I think that for 3-4 people 1,500 rubles is a very affordable price. Furthermore, all convenience are higher level than in a good hotel where prices are higher.

 I flew to Tomsk on a business trip, and had never been in this glorious city and for me it would be hard to find the address of the booked apartment. The company was decent and I was greeted at the airport without any trouble and given a lift to the apartment. Handed a printout map of the nearby area, wished a good mood.
