No. Our apartments are located in multifamily houses and are intended solely for living. We do not provide apartments for various entertainment events (birthdays, weddings, parties). For these purposes there are clubs, cafes, restaurants, etc. Our experience shows that after such events lots of unnecessary problems raise both for a customer and us. Of course, from a client’s side there can be lying in the true purpose of renting the flat. But we have good relations with neighbors and in the event of conflict situation they report it to us. Immediately after the alert our employee comes to the apartment and takes appropriate actions up to the termination of the contract without refunding the money paid by the client.
