13. What documents you provide? I am a business trip and will need to report to the accounting department?

We sign a contract of apartment rent with you and transact money through cashier. So you will receive contract and cashier check and if necessary, the invoice and acceptance certificate for provided works/services. These documents are enough for accounting.
