Who want what apartments?..

As many people as many desires - everyone on any question can give its own answer and it is doubtful you will find two identical among them (though there may be several similar). However, at the beginning have look what categories they divided to and what goals they come to the city. First category is travelers with families (depending on the circumstances - with or without children). Let the furniture is not from the newest collection and without leather upholstery a tissue should not have holes, with nail polish stains, and traces of the claws of animals. Let the floor will not be a new parquet - replacing it laminate should not break off one item in-between. Even the kitchen furniture may be disparate - not from one kitchen unit. However, all doors must be kept tight; all the legs have the same length, and all the front panels - the same color. In other words, you understand the essence.

However, there is common “no” for apartments for rent typical for the apartment of any level of comfort:
- "No" to half broken and bent tableware;
- "No" to broken household appliances, which are exclusively for the environment;
- "No" to empty bottles, rusty iron plates and other rubbish which often occurs in pantry and the most distant shelves of kitchen cabinets.

Youth friendly companies who come to Tomsk for examinations or just spend weekend walking at streets at night are also very interested to rent a flat of economy class Young people and money are notions standing far from each other. Besides, they prefer to spend more on entertainment than on the roof over head. The next category of travelers is business tourists. It is relatively new on our market. Within the category there are divisions: while some business travelers go to Tomsk in business events, the others go on weekend with elements of work. These are workaholic, which cannot leave the laptop for a single day at home because they are vital to every day work at least half an hour otherwise they will begin "pains". Depending on the well-being of this category of travelers they are interested in the flats from "economy of high comfort" class to "business". Consequently, the apartments have to be skinned (in finish), crystal (in the sideboard), a set of chrome-plated utensils (in the cupboard), a shower cubicle or bath with massage jets (in the bathroom). And most important the apartment must have the Internet, and preferably not one input. However, this has no demands. The main thing is to describe in detail in the ad what kind of access to the network is used in this apartment for rent so that the client does not waste time.

By the way, you can insure against all the troubles: in addition to the Internet set up a computer in a room. Then the client will not meet the risk of a mismatch of any basic settings: he can access the Internet with a computer installed in the apartment and transfer found information his laptop to work with.

By the way, there is another difference between two categories of business travelers: those coming to the event will try to stay near or close to bus stops but those coming with a laptop under arm may settle where they want without being stick with the area and transportation alternatives. So if your goal is traveling businessmen the apartment for rent can be either in the center or on outskirts of the city and, ideally, of course not far from major business center, which regularly brings together dozens of business travelers from different countries.

Another category of clients are creative people. They rather like original flats, innovative, bright. Of course, there are complicated variants - when a creative person has not a penny to his name. But we do not consider these cases for one simple reason - the market daily rent cannot help these people.

However, experts warn everybody from unnecessary brightness. As you know, this apartment will still find its extraordinary client. However, in the mass the number of such clients is far small percentage to take risk reducing the popularity of apartments for rent.

In principle, one can distinguish another category of customers – romantic people who come to Tomsk on weekend with their halves to refresh relations. However, adjusted for certain subtlety they should be fine with flats of business class. However, it is possible that you decide to fill almost vacant niche (just for the reason that everyone thinks - lovers would go with usual business class). Then, believe me, your apartment will be publicized throughout the country as an ideal nest for lovers and there will be not end from clients. The main thing is that they were not disappointed with what they see inside.
